AAMT (Asian Pacific Association for Machine Translation) is publishing The AAMT Journal quarterly. Most articles included in AAMT Journals are written in Japanese. The English translation is provided for some articles. It is delivered by Floppy Disk in MS-DOS Format to the oversea members. IAMT (International Association for Machine Translation) is also publishing The MT News International every four months. Articles are written in English. Every Issues of both The AAMT Journal and The MT News International are sent to all AAMT members.
MT Systems (List of Commercial Machine Translation Systems marketed in Japan)
AAMT Journal has started a new column entitled as "Japanese and Translation for Students from Abroad". This column is opened for any foreign students who want to speak something about her/his experiences and problems encountered on langauges. Maniscripts may be written in either/both Japanese or/and English. Those who would like to submit some essays or articles to the column are recommended to send an e-mail in advance to the address listed below.
